Dr. Dennis Edward Fernando, Assistant Professor of Commerce from St. Joseph's College, Trichy, as the resource person. discussed the requirements for utilizing social media along with key principles, which he summarized using the acronym ‘SPLENDOR’: S - Secured, P - Prioritize, L - Legality, E - Ethical, D - Discipline, O - Order, and R – Restrict.
